We use Reejig for our external market sourcing. I love the ability to group talent together and the fact we have over half a million candidates in Reejig to source from. I have taken complicated briefs from hiring managers and used Reejig to have a list of profiles within minutes. The nudge feature is handy for getting hold of multiple candidates. The chrome extension allows you to import candidates directly from LinkedIn or see their Reejig details on their LinkedIn profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Version 2.0 is a work in progress to nail all of the features we got used to in version 1, but the willingness to take on feedback has been extraordinary. Sometimes, the UI/UX can feel a little clunky. I feel like there is a lot of white on most of the pages, and sometimes it's hard to see the checkboxes, etc. Other minor improvements would be wish lists, such as adding SMS to the nudge feature.
