What do you like best about RedEye?

The team are great to work with and are very good a idea generation which has led to us undertaking a revamp of our current email templates making them more user friendly and interactive.

They have good specialist from a set up perspective making it easy to implement across the site with tagging which then gives great reporting on KPIs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mopping up additional sales for brand new customers whilst abiding to GDPR.

What do you like best about RedEye?

It is very user friendly and easy to use. Straight forward. I love the ability to do email drip campaigns, the way it helps personalize the website and help count how many visits the page gets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

There isn’t really anything I dislike about this. If I had to pick something, I’d say sometimes the time of fixing an issue can take a bit, as you have to go through an account manager and they move it forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about RedEye?

Personable with a 'no problem is too big' approach. They cannot solve all of your problems yet they know how to LISTEN. Straight from implementation to live and each month, they continually allow you to deliver your KPIs and mine your database to yield the right message to the right customer. What do you dislike about RedEye?

If a technical problem occurs, you do not have a central number to call. One of the account managers is the first port of call which IT departments do not love. I.e. a resolution isn't defined quickly. The account manager needs to call somebody else etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RedEye:

Seriously consider the value of staying with your existing ESP. If it is just because you've been with them for x years, start looking. RedEye makes the complex simple and helps onboard many users from marketing to customer service.

ESPs make their money within the first year of on boarding you. If you do not double your revenue within a 2 year period with the ESP, you do not have the right account support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

The fact that not all ESPs need to be enterprise, a logic RedEye understands. We are not a massive business yet need more than Mailchimp. Simple and agile ways of scaling marketing automation is what RedEye does with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
