I use RedEye primarily as a central repository for all our engineering drawings and technical documents. The biggest headache RedEye solved for us is version confusion, as we used to have multiple copies of the same engineering drawing floating around in emails and local folders. I like the search ability and mobile accessibility. Being able to find a specific drawing among thousands just in one click is so easy. The search ability is a lifesaver because it uses intelligent tagging, even if I don't remember the exact file name. The mobile accessibility is a game changer for my site visits. Instead of carrying heavy physical blueprints or having to wait until I get back to the office, I can pull up any engineering drawing on my tablet right where the work is happening. The initial setup of RedEye was super easy, and it's really good for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface feels a bit dated and can be a bit chunky at times. Also, the initial learning curve for new team members is somewhat steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
