What do you like best about RedEye?

The service provided by RedEye has always been to a great standard and delivers in time. Compared to other CRM services I personally have found RedEye to be one of the better suppliers. The platform is easy to use, and we have great automation options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

While writting emails, they sometimes don't autosave, meaning you lose work. It't tought to write the mails again. RedEye can make the interface userfriendly so that it will be easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about RedEye?

I dont have any dislike, but I would like to suggest some features which can be added like:

- Drag and drop system.

What do you like best about RedEye?

The platform is easy to use, and the automation options are endless. Our Account Manager is always on hand to help if we have any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

The platform can be slightly glitchy. When building emails, they sometimes don't autosave, meaning you lose work. I would also prefer a drag-and-drop system when creating emails. Currently, we work from a master template and delete modules we don't need, however, if you change your mind you can't drag that module back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedEye?

I enjoy using the campaign builder, its a simple to use tool and great to have a visual overview of campaigns. The RedEye team are also very supportive in training Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedEye?

The amazing support and communication from the team! I haven't ever experienced such great communication from the get go, the team are so quick to help with queries throughout our set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

I am struggling slightly with the email building part, as the emails don't auto-save and it often logs you out, it's hard to remember to save when you're used to an auto saving tool and it's frustrating when you have put a lot of effort and time into an email to loose that work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Maddie, it's fantastic to read your review regarding how much you enjoy working with our account management and client services teams. We pride ourselves in offering the personal touch and quick responses to client queries.

In our June 2022 release we've made improvements to our time out error handling when editing in Email Builder. This will result in less log-outs so your work will no longer be lost. Thank you for the suggestion of an auto-save option when building emails. We'll add this idea to our Product Roadmap.

What do you like best about RedEye?

The system collects lots of valuable data and also emails are the best possible to avoid getting blocked or put in people's junk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

You cant do a lot yourself. Most projects need redeye to support you and a lot of the features come at an extra cost. The system crashes... a lot. There aren't many features out of the box either, for example, landing pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedEye?

The Program is quite user-friendly. It's an easy process to create email campaigns and the drag and drop email builder allows you to create effective good looking emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

The site can at times run slow, mainly at the end of the day. At times when in the email builder, I have been booted out and it returns me to the homepage. This means I lose the work I was working on. Again this is only a handful of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have worked with RedEye for several years throughout the business, the service provided has always been to a high standard and delivered in a professional manner. It may just be a recent bump but we have found lately that RedEye support have taken a bit longer than normal to get back to us on requests, hopefully this is just a short term thing and RedEye can maintain their timely response as per previous years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use RedEye for a number of data and CRM solutions, with recent GDPR regulations we have found RedEye to be helpful in regards to compliance on data issues. What do you like best about RedEye?

Their customer management is excellent. The design team produce some amazing designs. The insights tool to extremely handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

The platform overall. It is hard to get into; I have to use a different browser, where I use nothing else. When reviewing more than 30 days of data, even for one or two campaigns, the table at the bottom of the insights tool doesn't show all the data but gives you the total revenue, for example.
