Hi John, thank you for leaving a review. We're glad to know you enjoy using the segmentation tool to build various user groups. The options in segment builder are powerful, especially when the platform ingests customer data from various locations, allowing for a deeper layer of segmentation.

We are currently in the process of adapting creative manager under a UI/UX project which will improve the user journey and reduce the amount of clicks required for managing your creatives.

What do you like best about RedEye?

The API is well documented, and easy to build for in PHP, after creating a wrapper I found that the restful design allowed me to quickly access the endpoints and data I required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

Some of the documentation was slightly vague for fields inside the contour dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Contour platform feels a bit outdated, tech requests can take a while to complete sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Redeye have helped us to develop our automated customer journeys and to continually optimise them over the last year. What do you like best about RedEye?

Being able to create dynamic content with in our emails is a brilliant feature that helps us reach all of our customers and create a better engagment specific to their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

Working at a large company like JD we have several fascias and our own brands to work on, and we can't move between their marketing profiles without logging in and out. Hopefully this will be a feature that Red Eye can offer us :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedEye?

I really enjoy working with RedEye on creating engaging new creative campaigns and using interactive agile elements which we massively lacked before joining with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

There are no downsides to the business but the platform lacks detailed reporting functionality that you can get elsewhere and the A/B testing functionality is limited to just an A version and a B version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RedEye:

If you want an agile, supportive partner to work with on multi-channel comms campaigns then RedEye are the ones for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
