What do you like best about Qwilr?

It is easy to get started creating a page that looks acceptable or even good. The program also includes templates that take a lot of work out of designing a page. The formatting tools are mostly easy to use and allow users to dive in to creating good-looking documents (including things like tables) faster than they would in Microsoft Word. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

The editing functions of Qwilr are very restrictive. For example, it is not possible to have multiple different sizes or colors of text in the same section without using "headings," which are limited to 2, and which you will need to create headings and subheadings. In general, I wish there were a few more options for the text editor. It is also difficult to collaborate in Qwilr. Multiple users cannot be editing the same proposal at once, and there is no change tracking, with Qwilr telling us that there are no plans to implement it in the future. If you are a small company with just a few people, or you only work on a few proposals per year, then it may be a good solution, but many of our users ended up needing to write out parts of the proposal in Google Docs ahead of time to allow one another to edit the copy and make sure that whatever text is added is as strong as possible. I think this defeats the point a little bit, if you need to use another piece of software to supplement this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qwilr?

The tracking and notification system, makes it easy to know if clients have opened the proposal. Along with the expiry system to mean that qoutes aren't left out in the wild for years after they were valid.

System is really easy to use and set up. Especially for a wide team, meaning I just update the template and the whole team has the new pricing so they can use it on all of their quotes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

The export to PDF function, doesnt leave our style of templates particaully pretty, but that's mostly as we have a lot of videos and images, which don't print well! Most people use it online, so is a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Strong HubSpot integration

-May not be best suited (at this moment) for smaller orgs that use Salesforce given -their higher tier plan is what gets you that intergation

What do you like best about Qwilr?

Qwilr has completely transformed the way we create and share proposals. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to design professional, on-brand proposals without any design expertise.

What truly sets Qwilr apart, though, is its seamless integration with HubSpot. With just a few clicks, I can pull in contact, company and deal details from HubSpot, and Qwilr automatically personalizes our proposal decks. This automation saves us hours of proposal writing while ensuring every proposal feels tailored and professional.

It's also helpful to track engagement through HubSpot after the proposal is sent. Knowing when a client has viewed the proposal, how much time they’ve spent on each section, and whether they’ve accepted or signed off is invaluable for improving follow-up strategies.

Initially, the design templates were a little restrictive, with limited options for font customization and color schemes, which can be challenging for teams requiring extensive branding flexibility. I’ve been using Qwilr for 8 years, and it remains our go-to platform for creating stunning, interactive documents. What do you like best about Qwilr?

When I started my fractional journey as a consultant as a side hustle, I was looking for an all-in-one solution that could help me whip up proposals in minutes and had ready-to-use templates that could retain my business's branding. I love the fact that I can add agreements and e-signatures from within the pages, which was very scattered for me before.

What do you like best about Qwilr?

It's such an effective way to deliver proposal documents compared to traditional document tools like PandaDoc/Docusign, etc. I like how simple it is to create new templates using the editor and incorporate interactive elements like demos and videos into your proposals. What do you like best about Qwilr?

* Powerful visual impact (best on the market), which is important because proposals are meant to set us apart.

* Text is responsive and shows up legibly/sufficient large on a phone.

* During the free trial, a team of designers will actually build a proposal for you. It wasn't just some generic automated customization. Real people actually create it for you. This makes implementation super fast and nearly effortless.

* Consolidates electronic contract signing, payment collection, and persuasive all into one place.

* Offers the ability to choose from multiple pricing packages and choosing up-sells - to try for the most money per deal.

* Reliable: It works consistently. I did not notice any bugs, errors, freezing, or problems. When I tested it with real prospects, it loaded and served its purpose.

* Analytics track how long someone spends on each section, and whether they interacted with an interactive component. I learn how my propsects think and behave.

* Using a web-based proposals instead of PowerPoint proposals or PDF proposals, allows the ability to embed personalized introduction videos, video testimonials/reviews, and/or product/service videos. The ability to download a PDF version for recordkeeping gives it some backward-compatibility.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

It's honestly hard to complain about Qwilr. As a Qwilr customer and someone who tested many other proposal software options, I love Qwilr the most and highly recommend it to my friends. I really 10/10 overall recommend it.

One wish list feature might be to have automatic email follow-ups when the proposal isn't signed (built directly into Qwilr itself).

However,you can integrate Qwilr with other services that automate reminders. So, is this really an issue at all? Probably not. I'm just not sure what else to type in this mandatory field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My clients had to deal with a bunch of separate processes: invoice, payment instructions, contract signing, etc. all separately. None of that includes the persuastion of a proposal. Qwilr makes the buying process much simpler and easlier for my clients. Qwilr is cutting down my own administrative time and making it easier for me. Qwilr lets me know if a propsect did not watch a demo video. This allows me to follow-up with the prospect and aim to get the demo video watched. What do you like best about Qwilr?

Qwilr is exceptionally flexible when it comes to handling the various scenarios one encounters in selling to businesses online. Often we find ourselves needing an entire set of polished documents or mini-websites that become necessary as the engagement with the customer proceeds, step by step. Qwilr excels here. It is very convenient and easy to design and develop these pages as needed. Put differently, instead of creating highly detailed emails or slide decks, one can simply reply with a Qwilr page. It is quite convenient to create a Qwilr page and since you can track the clicks on it you also get some feedback on how it was received. So, Qwilr can enhance the way your communication is seen and experienced by the client, especially when it is more nuanced or subtle questions and comments that follow the main presentation. Certain elements of page design can be improved for a more granular control.

Feedback elements where client can click to choose a response or Innovative forms that allow the team to request feedback from the client can really help.

While the click tracking data and general traffic stats help, the clicks themselves could be made much more meangingful, if we are able to engage the viewer more effectively, if we can give them some interesting choices to express their ideas or tell us how they feel about ours. What do you like best about Qwilr?

Built-in templating, tokens, the pricing suite with tiered plans is excellent, overall look and feel adds an element of professionalism, integrations with many of the tools I use (particularly Xero, Stripe, Zapier, Slack, & Hubspot) is a huge win.
