What do you like best about Quid?

NetBase works well for aggregating brand mentions and comments from across the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quid?

The NetBase interface isn't very user friendly - it's cluttered and has minor annoyances like the date range defaults to weird dates. Also, I had a hard time trusting the sentiment scores because only really obvious words like "love" and "hate" are coded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use NetBase as one of your social media listening tools but don't rely on it exclusively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quid solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Quid?

Netbase is intuitive and easy to navigate for a first-time user. There are also many tutorials you can watch on the site to familiarize yourself with the features and functionalities -- a very powerful tool and definitely a preferred one in any Consumer Insights/Social Media related role. You can easily drill down to the specific person talking and what their attitude was at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quid?

I'm not an advanced user, so i can't delve into this too much. As for the basic features, they are all user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
