What do you like best about Quid?

The overall simplicity and ease of use; self-help library of resources; ability to leave annotations on timeline for noting key events in the instance of spikes or drops in conversation volume, sentiment score or passion intensity. The tool is very robust for storytelling, and offers a wide variety of metrics for which to measure across. Most importantly, our stakeholders in the organization can view the information in a manner that they can understand, without ever having been in the system. There are so many other "social listening" platforms out there that claim to do it all and consider themselves as "best in class". There is a reason we have been using NetBase for 6+ years now. It has generated reports and brought insights to the surface in a manner that has truly taken off and grabbed the attention of executive leadership and senior management. While NetBase is just one of the social media platforms that I use on a daily basis, it is THE most valuable one of them all. I have been fortunate to have remained the sole analyst user on our account over the years, and this has made all the difference. For our organization, there should be one employee whose time is 100% devoted to NetBase reporting. We are a big brand with several high-profile clients and locations that span across the globe, and with the metrics this system measures against--one could truly live in this for 14+ hours a day. What problems is Quid solving and how is that benefiting you?

While this is more problematic on our organization's end and not NetBase's, we have a shortage of resources, with one analyst and one business user. What do you like best about Quid?

I love that I can search conversation surrounding particular brands/topics/industries by key words so that if I'm looking for the impact of a specific news story, creative idea, or product attribute reflected in consumer feedback, there is an easy way to find this information. What do you dislike about Quid?

The training process is a little bit difficult, especially at first. A dedicated guide to advanced features, or video tutorials would be helpful. This might exist, but I'm not sure if it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quid solving and how is that benefiting you?

My main problem with NetBase is that I cannot keep up with all the new tools and features! Proactively reaching out to clients for training alongside new updates to the tool would be very beneficial.

The benefits I have realized are overwhelming. I can gain access to consumer opinions and insights with a few clicks of a button. I can look at metrics that are unique to NetBase such as Passion Intensity which clients are very interested in. I can easily filter in and out aspects of world clouds and conversation if I want to tailor my analysis. Since I'm working on many different clients, ease of use is the biggest benefit I see in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quid?

What's most helpful about NetBase is you can really hone in on a specific audience segment and get a understand of how they change overtime time and what's changing that allows us to position our clients to better fulfill those changes. Working in healthcare, there can be a lot fo clutter to cut past before you find your audience so having the ability to constantly adjust a topic and add filters with minimal load time has been a total game changer. What do you dislike about Quid?

One of the things that I find somewhat limiting is the ability to change the color, fonts, or organization of the data visualizations. Typically our clients want social listening reports to match brand color pallets so I often download the raw data and result assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No social listening tools will do the hard work of insights development for you but this is the only tool that has clear instructions on topic/dashboard setup and no other tools has a better customer service team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most unique problem I've solved using NetBase was finding insights that better reflect my audience versus my brand. While we know that customer-centric marketing approaches are best practice, it can be hard to prove through data, however using metrics from NetBase I was able to show our clients how impactful it can be. What do you like best about Quid?

I like the ability to convert the data into understandable graphs that can be passed on to the client to help direct a strategy discussion. The NetBase team has been very useful from the beginning as it has set up our team so that success is the best to demonstrate the operation to our client. Netbase has also allowed us to track events, campaigns and crises like we have never been able to. What do you dislike about Quid?

I could suggest a more modern and elegant interface, apart from that, it is a great tool. Something that I dislike is that there are no page numbers in the stream, this is a disadvantage since we want to be able to mark where we are in project detail and can not due to this circumstance. For activities related to monitoring and marketing in general, it is a great program. I think that the expectations based on the objectives set out in the marketing and brand recognition were fulfilled. NetBase is very easy to use, it's a very intuitive tool, the topic set-up and cleaning is very effective using this tool. It also offers unique selling points particularly valuable for niche brands and new concepts targeting specific segments and audiences: Audience3D and Passion Intensity Index.
