Their support when there is any issue. They are not available for calls. when asked for a call several times on emails they said they cant arrange a call for the package of 800$ we are paying.I found it ridiculous as the issue was not simple & it was persistent and they were not ready to arrange acall. Very Versatile platform, Exactly delivers what It's been said to have. The push notification service is a great way to keep your users up-to-date with what's going on in an application. It can be used for both iOS and Android apps, making it easy enough that even beginners will have no trouble setting one up. You might find that some users have multiple devices and will be experiencing downtime at times too!
