The most obvious advantage that Promomash has is the team that works there. We have had nothing but great experiences with everyone we've worked with, ranging from IT, to our Deductions team and our Promotional support. They have a wealth of knowledge which has been a huge asset for a mid-sized brand such as ourselves. Moving from managing our promotions on Excel to Promomash has been a total night and day change of our day to day operations. We are able to simply send an email to them capturing the promotion and it gets added into our promotional/ deduction sheet and is ready to go. Finding a trade rate, or an individual promtion is no longer a huge chore to track down and it makes a fantastic repository for all our documents, invoices, deductions, etc. On the dispute side, it has saved our team a full day of work per week, not having to file disputes and the disputes that Promomash has filed for us has resulted in an incredible success rate. It has been a big hit so far for us internally and we are looking forward to what innovation Promomash will continue to provide in the platform moving forward! The only downsides I can think of is that they are still expanding and it does feel like we could use some more hands on deck. It is such a great tool that it's understandable they are growing, so at times it does feel like they could stand to grow more personnel-wise. That being said, the account managers we have are diligent and timely and are always available to answer questions through Slack channel. There are some features to the tool that would be "nice-to-have" but doesn't necessarily solve anything major on a daily basis.
