The time and labor module can be a bit clunky to navigate and seems overdue for a facelift but still does what we need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few good things with Proliant. It's extremely easy to onboard new employees. It's easy to look up employee information and payroll is a snap (if you have everything together that needs to be changed). The end user interface on the mobile device is easy to use as well. In my opinion, Proliant is easy to use, however, there are multiple downsides. The sales representative had asured us that if we went with them, everything that we were doing could be implemented in Proliant. We came to find out, with the implementation specialist that was not true. There were multiple reports that we no longer had access to, that we did have in our old systems. If you are an administrator but do not have access to all of the payroll, then you no longer have access to different types of reports (New Hire reports, terminations, etc.) The Time and Labor system does not talk to the RPO system and the PTO balances cannot only be tracked in the Time and Labor system, it has to be tracked in the RPO system and then it filters down, but you have to look in 2 separate places for it. The communication of Proliant. They import our payroll as well as files for any hours that need to be added as well as files for bonuses. cuts down on manually keying in data. The user friendly site is a plus. Reports are available quickly. Can issue checks in house and they are reported with payroll. Payroll checks and direct deposit stubs are delivered directly to the locations. Employees have online access to check stubs and w2. Onboarding for new hires is a plus. Cuts down the use of paper. Payroll can be a bit challenging when you have manu hourly people and we need to manually input all theinformation. the onboarding process is not so " smart" we need to manually add PTO every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
