ProLiant Pricing Overview

My support system at Proliant has been excellent from the start, which was in 2018, so I speak from true experience. I have an assigned support representative who is easy to access and very responsive. I chose Proliant because the software easily accomodates my multi-LLC small business environment. I can log in once and have access to all locations including easily moving employees from one to another. I can pull reports that include data from all entities rather than having to pull a report for each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting tool isn't simple to use. The features and functions are usually there if you know where to look and how to utilize them. If not, it can be challenging to run a report that has exactly what's needed without doing multiple iterations or calling my support rep for guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's extremely affordable and would do wonders at a small company with the ease of punching in and out, processing, and the account managers are very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation phase was a nightmare. I pretty much had to guide the time and labor manager and the payroll manager through every step of the process as they messed up almost all of the steps. If you go with them plan to learn the entire system front to back. Now that I know almost all of the modules it's very easy to use. The platform is very ridged too when running reports and implementing changes. For example, minimum wage increased in the middle of a pay period but changes can only be made for the entire pay period so we had to manually edit half of our time cards so it was properly paid on both sides.
