What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

The insight we have gotten on candidates has been so helpful in creating a robust recruiting process. We are able to feel more confident that we really know who we are hiring and ensure that we are hiring the best fit.

We have also been able to use it in learning & development for our current employees. It has served as the foundation for development plans of first level supervisors/managers, so we can help them grow in leadership.

Customer Support from Prevue is by far the best of any vendor we have worked with. Our Customer Success Manager, William Lewis, has been so attentive, helpful, and patient with us as we roll out Prevue. Meetings with him have been so productive, but also enjoyable. He keeps an eye on our account and reaches out regularly to make sure things are going well. He also was so patient with many of our managers during the many benchmarking meetings before I felt confident doing benchmarking myself. We have often made the comment that we want to find people like Will to hire for our software division. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prevue Assessments?

We don't feel as confident in the questions the assessment asks to reach motivation results. The questions don't seem to capture all the ways someone could be motivated by people, data, or things. For instance, it seems that the questions used to guage people motivation are almost all around physically taking care of someone.

Benchmarking can be a painstaking and teidious process due to needing to benchmark every single position in the organization during implementation. I'm not sure this can really be helped without sacrificing quality, but just a sidenote.

I would love to see more reports or ways that we can use this for employees after hire. Maybe more reports around development? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

We love that we are in control of benchmarks, that the applicants are compared to our baked-in culture rather than default standards. We love the multiple reporting functions and just how much information you can get. The customer service is phenomenal, and it is very user friendly with the continued updates. They keep adding more features to make things more efficient, as well as meet even more needs such as the work report or the culture assessment. All of them are valuable and we have seen it in real life whether one works out or not. If they dont, their prevue is often a lower than ave match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prevue Assessments?

Sometimes there are little bugs but they get fixed quick. Sometimes the verbiage in the report is a little misleading. Sometimes the team type and the individual reports are a little contradictory, but i always frame it as "when this person is working on a project in a team" not their default personality. What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

The support from PreVue has been very helpful. We can run candidates through multiple assessments, so if we’re considering them for different roles, they only need to complete the assessment once. These assessments also provide us with excellent questions to ask candidates about areas where their results fall outside of our expected ranges.

If you have several people in the same role, it’s useful to have the team take the assessments to establish benchmark standards. For roles with only one or two people, benchmarks can be set based on the job description. The assessment itself is quick—while candidates have an hour to complete it, most finish in about 30 minutes.

We’ve also assessed our entire team, gaining valuable insights into both strengths and development areas. Each job role has its own customized benchmarks, and the assessments are short enough to avoid survey fatigue, so candidates don't quit midway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

The Prevue Assessment software has been a valuable tool in helping us identify top talent and make informed hiring decisions. Its user-friendly interface and comprehensive assessment tools which has greatly improved our hiring process by saving us time and resources. We believe that hearing from our employees about their experience with the prevue assessment software only showcase it effectiveness and also provide valueable feedback for future improvements. I highly encourage any company to take a look at the Prevue Assessment Package and what it has to offer. The assessment provides useful information as it pertains to a potential candidate motivations, personality, as well as their work ethic. The reporting process immediately allows one to know if a potential candidateis move forward to the next level within the hiring process by determining if they are a good job fit, or team fit. What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

Accuracy! The assessments are very accurate and really show applicant's true strengths and weaknesses. All of the managers seem to think it's very easy to use as well. It is not a program that I am constantly having to troubleshoot or help people navigate, which saves me a lot of time as an HR professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

Our company loves how many options there are for assessments and skills tests. We hire for a wide variety of positions, and there seems to be a testing option for everyone! Our rep, Justin Goldstein, is one of my favorite vendor reps to work with. He always responds very quickly, most of the time has the whole answer, and lets me know when it may take the tech team some time to look into things. What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

What sold us on Prevue was the customization options that they provide that truly individualize your assessments to your organization's needs. They set you up for guided implementation and provide customer support with an assigned representative. It easily integrates with our ATS system taking this to next level. What do you like best about Prevue Assessments?

It's a great tool to get some more insight into our candidates and how they fit best according to the benchmark we've established for the role. The reports give a thorough description of the candidate and even suggested interview questions in areas where they did not align with the benchmark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prevue Assessments?

Sometimes there are issues when candidates are completing the assessments and it times them out. They try to go back in using different browsers and experience the same issues so we often have to reset the assessment on the back-end which can be frustrating for the candidate when they've already put time towards completing the assessment the first or second time,.
