When submitting an expense claim I am limited to only submitting 5 docs.

The only slight thing I would change is the fact to have "addendums" signed even for something that has no impact on the payroll and price (for ex: a change in probation period in the contract will have a addendum to be signed even if the employment contract has not been sent yet).

The process of having the quote signed, deposit paid and then employment contract sent required some learning curves on our part, but after a meeting we've aligned the different steps and now it's quite smooth.
