What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The clarity, free configuration, and accompanying functionalities are particularly noteworthy. No matter which direction you want to create data records from, all previously defined data fields can be created, and you will be notified of any important missing information. Despite the complexity of options lurking in the details, such as embedding automations or sequences, you are guided step by step and, even as a layman, you don't lose track of the big picture. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

It depends—if you want to get started quickly and try out lots of features later on, then I can definitely recommend Pipedrive. So far, I haven't really found anything that I miss or that isn't well designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like how easy it is to sort clients in Pipedrive. The good search feature makes it simple to find clients by last name, amount spent, and product choices. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other.

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline.

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve.

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

I am very pleased that I discovered Pipedrive. It is exactly what I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like using Pipedrive to organize upcoming events with clients. My favorite part is the to-do list feature, which lets me create tasks with my descriptions and set due dates. It helps me stay on task and organized, preventing forgetfulness. I also appreciate that Pipedrive is easy to work through and not difficult to understand. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Right now I am linked to all of my coworkers and get notifications for each of their emails. This is something I likely can fix but I do not need everything they are getting/doing. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like that Pipedrive is self-intuitive, making it really easy to use and set up. Having the support of an account manager is great for any additional information we need. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There are certain elements that don't align with how we would like to use Pipedrive. There are certain reports that can't be pulled from the data, certain deal pages can only be accessed a certain way. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I find Pipedrive simple to use, which makes my tasks easier to manage. I love how read receipts on email threads let me know when a client reads an email or if they have received it. It gives me the chance to see if a client opens my initial emails multiple times, meaning they are still interested, so I can continue our conversations. I also like the individual profiles for accounts, as they help keep everything organized. The initial setup of Pipedrive was super easy, making the transition smooth for us. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

When I copy and paste fonts from Google Docs, the same texts do not transfer the same. If I have bold texts, I have to redo it once added to Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales, Needs Better Integration"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love the activity tracker and the automation features in Pipedrive. The activity tracker helps us keep up on deals that might go stale otherwise. The automation makes our processes more hands-off where needed. I also appreciate the custom fields because they turn the system into an all-in-one solution for us. They let us track metrics we wouldn’t be able to without them. It's nice to know that Pipedrive can really scale with us as our business grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

We use QuickBooks Online for our accounting software. QBO integrates with Pipedrive but not well. When you create an invoice in Pipedrive, it doesn't email the client. You can't link an invoice that's created in QBO to a deal, so really we had to stop using the integration because it doesn't do anything. Either allow us to attach invoices that were created in QBO to a deal, or clients need to be emailed when we create an invoice in Pipedrive. It doesn't make sense for me to have to create the invoice in Pipedrive but then to go into QBO to send an email to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Implementation was a breath of fresh air, quick, well-guided, and supported by a responsive team with thought provoking setup questions. Moving from one pipeline to multiple has been a major upgrade, and the clearer stage structure makes deal tracking much easier for everyone.

Pipedrive is genuinely user-friendly, even for a teammate who isn’t tech-savvy. The visual pipelines, customizable stages, and built-in reminders make it simple to see where every deal stands and stay on top of follow-ups.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I use Pipedrive as our CRM mainly for tracking engagement with prospects and through the deal phase. I really appreciate how it keeps everyone on the same page and works very well for new business efforts. I especially like the integrations with LinkedIn and partners like Surfe, which make it easy to collect contact information directly into Pipedrive. The integration with Mailchimp also works very well and simplifies the process for us. I find the reminders particularly helpful in managing new business tasks and commitments, ensuring I stay on top of what needs attention. Additionally, the insights Pipedrive offers for tracking how we're doing against sales goals have been great, allowing us to improve by tracking our progress in adding contacts and leads.
