What do you like best about Pipedrive?

If you have used other CRMs, it is really quite intuitive and has most of the main features that you would need to organize a sales team to drive sales. A great use case is for small to medium sized businesses that have a basic sales process in place, but are looking to gain better visibility into sales activities, revenue streams, and sources of revenue. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

If you have become accustomed to bigger players, it seems that there is a less room to customize layouts. For example, in deals or opportunities, the main screen is about putting activities and building the timeline. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The platform is cost-effective for our team and we like that we can add extra features if needed. The support team has been great and is always quick to respond and help with our requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

-We still use a spreadsheet to track our opportunities as Pipedrive lacks in features like multi-line notes (when viewed in list view) and color-coded drop downs lists.

-The email campaign template customization options are limited and we would like to see custom fonts added.

-Custom reporting is limited and we would like to see the ability to see trends and percent increase/decrease. We could also use multi-bar charts to see data side-by-side from multiple years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like that Pipedrive is flexible and has a huge app store where I can download and install additional apps for calling and for connecting to other tools (Trello, Aircall, Whatsapp, etc.). I also appreciate the ability to create automations to manage my pipeline, such as reminders and action items or to-dos based on dates or last interactions, which helps me stay on top of my accounts. We’ve connected Pipedrive to our billing and development systems, so we can track progress in one place. Overall, adding extra features and setting up automation was pretty smooth, and it made it easy to connect the other tools we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The limitations I run into with Pipedrive are mostly because it isn’t designed to be a customer success manager app. My biggest challenge is the limited ability to connect Pipedrive with our support channels or usage metrics. This makes it harder for me to efficiently track customer health and other key metrics in one convenient place. I also miss having a straightforward way to measure customer retention efficiently. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I use Pipedrive to manage my clients, and it is super efficient at helping me stay organized. I appreciate the many automations that sincerely save me time. The collaboration features are great for working with my teammates; I can easily change who is in charge of a client. Pipedrive is very easy to use and intuitive; I could easily use it even when I first joined the company. I particularly like the email integrations as they simplify communication, so I don't need to open my mailbox to look for emails with clients, which saves a lot of time. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Very focused on the right activities, and not on burdensome forms or tick-boxes. The integrations between computer and phone access are instantaneous and really helpful. I use it every day, whereever I am. Having used a few other CRMs over many years, I firmly believe Pipedrive is the best for my needs, which are sales-focused with a lot of service follow through. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love how Pipedrive is sales and person oriented, and it makes connecting people easier with all the online platforms I use like 3cx and Teams. I appreciate the activities feature, which allows me to enter every aspect and track everything I need to do. Organizing my to-do list is easier than ever. The sequences feature is also a great idea; it's fantastic to be able to form a follow-up process exactly as I want. I also find it great to be able to label emails when they sync. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I could not find a filter to show emails from oldest to newest. Also, I cannot see the general company mails on the organization summary, which sometimes forces me to create non-person accounts just to view emails in the right place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I find the option on the deal card to see if someone has replied to an email really valuable. It helps me quickly identify responses, which is important in sales. The pipeline view is a major advantage, allowing me to focus effectively on different stages of deals. I also appreciate how easy it is to use the API. It’s set up well and works great for creating and updating deals, people, and activities. These features really enhance the way we manage our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There are a few little things that need improvement in Pipedrive. The pulse feature needs better filtering, as there aren't enough options. I recently used it and found it could offer a good opportunity to see things, but the lack of filtering options holds it back. I would like to filter using the custom fields I already have, which would make it easier to manage tasks in that view. Improvements in filtering would make it more effective. I like the simplicity and intuitiveness of the Pipedrive platform, which makes it easy to visualize the funnel and organize information in one place. The initial setup of Pipedrive was very simple and quick, with no problems in setting up funnels and stages, thanks to its user-friendly platform that facilitates adaptation. I believe that Pipedrive can evolve mainly in terms of more flexible, more personalized automations. I also believe that some reports we generate could be a bit more detailed and intuitive. In some cases, it would be interesting to have more visualization options and some more advanced filters so that, in more complex pipelines, we can retrieve information more easily.
