If you have used other CRMs, it is really quite intuitive and has most of the main features that you would need to organize a sales team to drive sales. A great use case is for small to medium sized businesses that have a basic sales process in place, but are looking to gain better visibility into sales activities, revenue streams, and sources of revenue. If you have become accustomed to bigger players, it seems that there is a less room to customize layouts. For example, in deals or opportunities, the main screen is about putting activities and building the timeline.
