What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It's a cloud based solution that allows me to track incoming leads, the prospects journey through the sales cycle. We create a Zap using Zapier to automatically upload new leads that come in to our website and that are entered in our email system. We are able to send emails directly from Pipedrive, and track to see if the prospect has opened the email, which is invaluable. We can set up Deals, with our own defined pipeline goals. Navigating the software is easy and very intuitive. Their Customer Support is outstanding. And the price is very reasonable, compared to the competition, and value of the system. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

When new records are added to the database, the contact list doesn't automatically refresh. I'm not too crazy about the design of the system since it separates Companies from Individual Contacts. Since we are a B2B business, the company is the prospect, not the Individual Contact. It would be easier if there was a single record for the prospect and not separate records. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive has changed plans and functionality. So I wanted to speak with sales/support and make changes before rolling over our subscription. I reached out to them over 20 times on email, chat, and a meeting over a 30-day period. I tried to renew online but it said it couldn’t and to call support – I have been and they are NOT helping?! Support wasn’t resetting our subscription as they said they would, as we had discussed over and over again. And they lied about saying they would not shut down our account until they had sorted it out on their end; instead they shut us down – so we have been without a CRM for over 24 hours?!! Do not use Pipedrive – their support is terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
