
It's a cloud based solution that allows me to track incoming leads, the prospects journey through the sales cycle. We create a Zap using Zapier to automatically upload new leads that come in to our website and that are entered in our email system. We are able to send emails directly from Pipedrive, and track to see if the prospect has opened the email, which is invaluable. We can set up Deals, with our own defined pipeline goals. Navigating the software is easy and very intuitive. Their Customer Support is outstanding. And the price is very reasonable, compared to the competition, and value of the system. When new records are added to the database, the contact list doesn't automatically refresh. I'm not too crazy about the design of the system since it separates Companies from Individual Contacts. Since we are a B2B business, the company is the prospect, not the Individual Contact. It would be easier if there was a single record for the prospect and not separate records.
