Most CRM's are driven and created by techie people and their understanding of sales. What I love about Pipedrive is that it's clearly been created by sales people and built by the tech people to their needs.
It is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to train people to use it.
Customer support is always helpful, even for a non-technical sales person like myself they always answer my queries in a way I can understand.
Lastly I love how flexible it is. You can make it fit your business and your needs. The bespoke side of it is top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i was struggling with my email intergration, i was only on the trial at the time. We changed our server provider from Google to Microsoft and with that it meant i needed to re-intergrate my emails. I was struggling to work out how to do it and i couldn't get past the customer service bot on the website to be able to speak to someone on livechat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a Life Insurance and Real Estate Broker, and what I love about Pipedrive is its ability to support multiple pipelines. This feature allows me to better organize my leads, distinguishing between life insurance and real estate prospects. You can also upload documents to each leads. Additionally, I can view all my leads conveniently in the list tab. With my current subscription, I can customize fields to suit my business needs, making the platform highly adaptable. The setup process is straightforward. They have a support team that gives you the opportunity to book a session with them to get you set up if you need. Although I did not opt in because I felt it was an easy set up but it is good to know that I can reach out if I need to. I get reminder of upcoming activities to complete, making it helpful to know what needs to be done in a busy workday. Easy integration with Facebook Messenger, Jotform, DocuSign and more. I'll be connecting this with Jotform to gather my leads. So far, I have been using this platform daily to check on my leads. Pipedrive is easy to use, especially for beginners like myself. One thing I wish Pipedrive would have is the ability to organize the left icons to the different pages. I would like to organize my frequent uses on the top. For example, I prefer the top icon be Deals, Contacts, Activity and Insights. All the others can be below that. Other than that though, all is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have 12 states full of clients and it helps me keep stay organized. The Activities help remind me to follow up with my customers, so nothing falls through the cracks. I love that you can put Important Info about each Individual and how it all ties in with the Org notes as well. I like the pin-to-top option. I like that my emails go right into Pipedrive, instead of having to remember to paste them. I like the celebration when I WON a Deal. I like the Deal Forecasting. I would like to be able to color code the organizations, so when I look at the map, it isn't a cluster of blue pinpoints. It would be nice if they were each a color of my choice. That would help for my travel. Also, I'd like to be able to filter the map so it tells me the distance between Orgs in one direction. It tells you distance, but some could be north, others south, east, west, etc. It is tough to plan my customer visits when it does that. Pipedrive has sucessfully structured their CRM with humans in mind who may not be experts at using complex software. They have made it simple without compromising critical features. We use it every day for simple sales to complicated tenders and projects and Pipedrive provides all the activity tracking from lead-in to close. Customer support is excellent and responsive but there is extensive material on learn.pipedrive.com if users prefer to do a self -paced support or learn the product.
Its easy to setup, in minutes actually. Just start by creating a contact person or their orginzation and add information and events about your sales interaction until the deal is closed.
If you use gmail or slack, it integrates easily and with gmail, you can create or amend Pipedrive directly from within gmail using a chrome extension. All in all, its an excellent suite thats both powerful and affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The deafult views for deals and people need to be customised because out-of-the-box, they are pretty basic, but it can be done.

It does in a simple way what it says it does. And it works. Being myself an IT guy, I not always trust the broadness of a feature, in this case it fitted my case as a glove. implementation and sync of Contacts with O365 and email with Google worjed like a charm. I use it on a daily basis and on my mac as well as on my phone. Only requested customer support once but do not remember exactly for what, but it was a quick chat and finito!! PipeDrive made it easier for me to organize my leads and projects. Adding tasks and getting reminders to do task is a very important thing in a business and PipeDrive made it easier. Only thing I am disliking so far is when I transfer my lead to "Won"-Project, it is required to enter all the info again. I need to add the notes, client's phone number and email address. I wish it was syncing it from the lead and it wasn't a required field when I transfer my leads into projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program was easy to set up and after trying two other CRM programs, we decided to go with Pipedrive. The best feature was the integration of email and email tracking with Leads and Deals. You could link while reading an email to the Lead or Deal this included both prospect and vendors. This allowed us to include the vendor quote for equipment with the Lead or Deal. The action step feature is very easy to use and the reminders are great. We are using the product daily.
For the startup, we had great assistance from the customer support on how to migrate and set up the program.

I don't like that you pay per user, as opposed to per/feature, because you also pay per feature. The main page, where the Pipelines inhabit is a bit bland. I am not using the platform/software for sales but to manage relationships that will and won't lead necessarily to sales, so I think the pipelines are very targetted to the traditional sales process.
