"Modular, Customizable, and Easy to Use—Pipedrive Tracks Projects in Granular Detail"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The modularity and customization options within Pipedrive really set it apart for me. After using other CRM software in the past that felt clunky and repetitive, it’s refreshing to have a CRM that’s genuinely easy to use while still letting me track everything at a very granular level. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The only reason my recommendation for Pipedrive isn’t a 10 out of 10 is the lack of being able to link multiple organizations to a single project. The way I track our projects is by linking the organization that is the actual customer, and then also linking the vendors for all purchased components. That way, the CRM almost acts like a version-control solution, and it lets me look back on previous projects to see which companies I used for shipments, procurement, and similar items. It would make a HUGE difference in how I use Pipedrive if multiple organizations could be attached to one project. Right now, I’m using labels to sort of “attach” vendors, but it’s really just a band-aid fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Best UX/UI among legacy CRMs — I've been using it for 10 years and it just works. Clean pipeline view, solid core functionality, and easy integrations with external tools. Their newer AI features are impressive too — lead scoring, email tracking, newsletter tools, and sequences are a great addition to an already reliable platform. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like that Pipedrive is very customizable, and we've been able to build it in a way that works for what we need. It allows us to keep our client list and prospect list organized and use it for traditional CRM functionalities, like keeping a database of all our leads, prospects, clients, and customers. Additionally, we've been able to use Pipedrive to keep track of projects, such as providing cost estimates, processing orders, and communicating with vendors. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I find the integration with some accounting programs like QuickBooks to be lacking or poor. Also, it would be nice to have a more live integration with Google Drive to input data easily and save it in Google Drive, and perhaps vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I really like that Pipedrive is very easy to use and user-friendly. It has all the features that we expect from a good CRM system. The initial setup was pretty easy. We didn't even need to set up an onboard call, even if they had offered it. It was simple to set up the pipeline, the deal logic, and determine what fields were necessary at each stage. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I think it's mostly really good. The only thing that comes to mind is the reports. They have some cool ones, but they are mostly basic. So if you want to cross some specific data and do some cohort analysis, you would need an external tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I find Pipedrive to be excellent for managing my clients and calls. I really like how it allows me to organize information and contact clients, all while keeping track of who I've called, how many times, and the reasons for each call. I also value the ability to take notes on my interactions, which helps me stay organized with every client. One feature I particularly enjoy is having everything displayed on a single page, which makes navigation straightforward. I can assign different columns for actions such as calls, offers, or invoices, and this flexibility is very useful. The platform is user-friendly, and it only takes me a few seconds to locate my deals, contacts, or follow-up tasks. Setting it up was incredibly easy—so simple that anyone could do it. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love the activities tab feature the most because it gives me a quick overview of my daily to-dos and opens up all information about a client when I click on it. This helps our team instantly get quick updates about each client even if we are not the owner of the deal. I also like the different pipelines that I can customize. Customizable pipelines help differentiate the stages of each lead, providing clarity so the sales team can easily switch strategies based on pipeline differences. Pipedrive has great features like the funnelling for each lead, kanban style funnels, won/lost feature, success rates, and expected closing date. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The phone call option is not quite fitted for us. I still have to copy paste a prospect's phone number from Pipedrive to reach out to them on WhatsApp. It could be improved if there is a direct integration to WhatsApp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Pipedrive pipelines because they make things very clear and easy to understand. We also use it for our aftercare teams, and the automations and sequences help a lot by allowing us to send our welcome emails to converted deals at specific times. I like most about Pipedrive that the information is organized in a clear way. It's easily accessible and customizable. You can put in customized notes and customize the information, as well as customize the pipelines to accommodate our different needs, like providing cost estimates and managing our operations. I appreciate that we're able to create customized pipelines which relate to the steps in our unique sales process. The ability to create and organize fields for people, organizations, and deals in different subsections is very helpful for capturing what we need for our process. I would be interested in more integrations with Google Drive, which is we have kind of spreadsheets and things like that you can't really build in the same main Pipedrive if there were a feature to have all that in Pipedrive.
