Phonexas product suite has played a major role in the rapid growth of our company. There is a solution for almsot every problem we encountered, everything that we needed to grow and if it didn't exist Phonexa built it for us.
Onboarding was very easy, we were able to learn the platform quickly and relied on their huge knowledge bank and teams readiness to help to get integrations done and we were live within just a couple of weeks.
The team has been on-hand and become a major resource for us, with multiple points of contact at any time.

Dashboard / Reporting perhaps a bit outdated - actually happens to suit me but that's the only negative I have heard from my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working at scale across mutiple markets, we needed a solution that was both intutitive and flexible enough to support our growth. Phonexa has acheieved this and so much more.
From complex integrations to multiple buyers / publishers we have been able to scale with ease. If the software hasnt supported a particular integration out of the box, the support team & devs have looked to understand our requirements and develop the service to suit perfectly.
The depth of the software is oustanding with features and reporting right down to a granular level. Reports make it really easy to spot areas for concern on a live basis and we can then make changes on the fly to maximise opportunity.
Importantly, Phonexa has allowed us 100% control over our business withing one single platform. We don't need subscriptions for areas like business reporting, click tracking, affiliate management, customer outreach. We were expecting the "pingtree" side of the software (LMS) to be outstanding, and it is, but the fact the service negates the need to manage muliptle platforms is a real game changer.
Oliver, Steffi & Rich in the support team have been real stars in getting us set up and the fact they are always on hand to discuss particular use cases and help us develop our instance when we have requirements that might be a bit out of the ordinary has proved invaluable. Honestly there isn't much. Everything the system hasn't "done" has either been developed for us or is in the works. I guess the system could look a bit more modern. Data export could go a bit more granular, but neither of these points have held us back in the slightest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support and communication is on point with Phonexa, Rich would go out of his way to follow up with us on our project and go above and beyond to help with any issues we had. I love being able to send an email with my issue and have a quick and detailed response. Phonexa has many useful features with perfect customer support so i would highly recommend Phonexa! We track all our advertising activity in one place, whether that be affiliate campaigns, lead gen, SMS, email etc. So its become the core of everything we do and we use it daily. If we have new requirements from the platform, the team at Phonexa are really accomodating at building new functionality. Personally i dont dislike anything, however, you do need a technical mind on your team to help with integrations. Without that we would have struggled because it is so much more than your average tracking platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Phonexa is a really great platform when it comes to pay per call and pay per lead, the functionality includes a series of different tools that allows you to create and set your campaigns to perform in the way that you need and prefer, it really accomodates into your needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support level is incredible. Anything we need Steffi is there to help and they've supported us in every way possible when it comes to lead generation and management.
The platform takes some getting used to but they've always been there to answer any questions and will always go the extra mile to ensure that all of our needs have been met and exceeded.

The platform takes a little while to get used to but it's really not too hard once you get the hang of it and the functionality and options are amazing.

After a bit of training from the team. Phonexa is really easy to use and navigate around. The customer support is exceptional. Alway on hand, quick to respond and always deliver answers. I use Phonexa almost everyday and find it super easy to work with. Really like the super login feature for our affiliates. Saves us so much time letting them see there lead deliver for themselves. Personally I would prefer to have all the actions under the same tab, rather than having to flick from one to the other.
Maybe I'm not using it correctly but when you leave the configure action on an offer instead of taking you back to the ofer you were in, it takes you back to the most recent again. Easy to loose where you are when your busy and have lots of active offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
