What do you like best about Phonexa?

This system is easy to setup campaigns with, manage my ping tree and has also help me grow my business. I also love the reporting it has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phonexa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Growing my business, managing overhead spend on traffic, optimizing campaigns. Prior to being on Phonexa, I used to run direct with several networks and be frustrated at the multiple campaigns I would need for this. Phonexa allowed me to monetize all my leads from one campaign, and the reporting allowed me to optimize not only my campaigns, but my ping tree as well. What do you like best about Phonexa?

It does everything you need or would want it to and then some.

The customer service team is outstanding. Rich was exceptionally knowledgeable during our initial integration, greatly smoothing the process. Later, Steffi became our primary contact; she is invariably available when not on a call and displays unwavering commitment. When I was desperate to launch a campaign and encountered troubleshooting difficulties, she selflessly dedicated five minutes—despite her impending school run—to help us go live, ultimately giving our campaign a 16‐hour head start. What do you dislike about Phonexa?

Phonexa is an awesome platform! Not only is it user friendly, it makes managing and optimizing lead generation completely effortless. I have been using Phonexa for some years now and the platform offers everything that I could need, and more. Implementing the system in to my business was seamless, I use the platform all day every day including on my mobile. The platform allows you to do so much and really moulds around your business needs. Phonexa has helped me scale the business considerably and there's still so much to learn about it. What do you like best about Phonexa?

The ability to be able to find solutions to complex needs and provide multiple lead delivery options to different providers and suppliers. Having all our solutions in one place (lead delivery and email delivery) also helps from a reporting perspective. We've launched various initiatives into various systems, including bespoke API integrations and solutions - these include modification of standard data into methods that are easy to either report on or manage in said systems. What do you like best about Phonexa?

If you are looking for a platform to achieve everything in one login, Phonexa is that product, from a reporting portal to building forms, building API's, Ping Tree's and email set-up delivery that you can all connect together, Phonexa is the best out there. Not only is the product excellent, but their support is second to none, we have been working with Phonexa for a while now, and they always take on your feedback, including listening to suggestions on improvements and in most cases implementing them. What do you like best about Phonexa?

Phonexa is a solid platform, where it really shines is the hands on customer service. Other (more pricey) platforms want to leave you to figure things out yourself and in some cases and it can even feel like you are inconveniencing them to raise a support ticket.

With Phonexa, you have very knowledgable and helpful suport staff who genuinely want to help!

Special thanks to Rich who worked tirelessly to get us up and running and has continued to provide top tier support all the way.

The platform gives an incredible array of options and possibilities, has performed solid as a rock and lastly, about half the cost of main competitors which I've utilized prior to migrating to Phonexa.

I'll be recommending this platform to anyone who asks.

What do you like best about Phonexa?

Phonexa is a great piece of software and has many features that we haven't used as a business yet - I'm sure once we explore all the other features, we'll be kicking ourselves as to why we haven't used these sooner! When moving from our existing lead platform, the team were very responsive and were on hand to answer all of my questions... There were a lot! We deal with real time leads, all delivered by live API's so I couldn't afford for anything to go wrong. We generate and purchase thousands of leads a day. I would highly recommend.
