What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I like being able to track goals and have quality data year after year. Our support person, Briana has been amazing, she is an expert on the software and has been able to answer all of our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

I feel PY could add more around the look of the platform, its very basic and does not encourage you to use the platform. I would also like to see more capabilities around the goal tracking, after completing a goal, it gets removed from your percentage so it look likes your percentage of completion goes down and there is no way of changing this. I would also like to see more in regards to integration with ADP adding in goals and more data than basic contacts for employees. There lacks encouragement for employees to want to use the platform aside from review season, I wish there was more in regards to the useability and making it more intuitive and enticing. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The PerformYard platform is very intuitive, which makes it easy to use. There is nothing like implementing a new system, being trained on how to use it, and then still not being able to navigate because the setup doesn't make sense. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

I think it would be a great addition to the platform's capability if there was the ability to track meetings with staff that were not in the form of a questionnaire—something that both managers and staff can contribute to/participate in simultaneously. Also, promoting other features that would urge people to use the platform often. What I am concerned about is that staff will not use the system but a few times a year, if that. We were using an antiquated PDF and hardcopy evaluation tool and process, which was cumbersome and not tracked well. PerformYard streamlined the process and provided us with an easy-to-use platform that allows us to track performance evaluations effectively. The Ease of use is phenomenal. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The commication was always clear, fast, and concise. They answered any and all questions quickly and with knowledge, as well as with various explanations so we were able to understand and learn as we go. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to all of our needs going into the proccess. The PerformYard system is easy to set up, use, learn, and navigate - it hits all the right key points we need as a company! What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

No bad things to say about the PerformYard system and the team. One small suggestion would maybe be to cut the timeline down a few weeks for smaller companies. As a company with only 14 people and only wanting to use PerformYard mainly for End of Year Performance Reviews, it was a super quick and easy integration proccess that maybe could have been trimmed down due to our size and needs. We went intop this proccess with the main need and priority of Employee Performance Reviews. We were looking to integrate our employees & reviews into one system that can organize and show all reviews, both past and present, so we can keep track of our Employee progress. With our End of Year Employee Performance Reviws now completed for 2023, we look forward to having more seamless and organized reviews in the future like Quarterly, End of Year, and Goal Progress Check In Reviews. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

We definitely like how easy the process is to send out peer feedback and complete a review. Once our templates were completed, it was a breeze to fill out the reviews. The support from PerformYard is amazing. Lauren really helped us through the process and once we launched, we did not have very many questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

The one thing that we were a little bummed about PerformYard was the inability to modify the font and color. We were hoping to make it look like our past reviews but were not able to. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to just pull over the comments on peer feedback directly to the final review form in lieu of cutting and pasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used to use excel spreadsheets for our reviews. This was very cumbersome as we have about 90 employees and every year we had to revise our templates which took a very long time. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?
