What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The ability to track my "goals" in the goals tab of my account - here i am able to post updates and view them in the activity stream. A lot of goals are achieved over time, so this is a very helpful feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I do find the platform to be pretty easy to use. The customer support is amazing. I have a great customer specialist who is so very helpful and patient with my questions and lack of technology use. It was pretty easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

While this is not a big issue, there are some limitations in being able to customize forms I've previously used before. I still do get what I need from PerformYard. Not having to do the performance appraisals in a paper manual fashion. Being able to use an online platform that will store all reviews. Also being able to create goals and keep track of them.
