I do find the platform to be pretty easy to use. The customer support is amazing. I have a great customer specialist who is so very helpful and patient with my questions and lack of technology use. It was pretty easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While this is not a big issue, there are some limitations in being able to customize forms I've previously used before. I still do get what I need from PerformYard. PerformYard outshines previous goal management solutions by providing an intuitive UI and no-nonsense graphics. Other solutions were labyrinthine with obscure navigation; PerformYard is comparatively simple to use and easy to comprehend at a moment's glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Dashboard is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate. Employees are able to easily view and access all of the system functions. Our employees really enjoy the Feedback tool to praise their coworkers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team provided exceptional customer service and support from beginning to end, encompassing everything from product sourcing to onboarding and implementation. This platform perfectly meets our organization’s needs, and we are extremely satisfied with our decision. The system is user-friendly and visually appealing.
