What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

With previous platforms, it was difficult for executive levels to track and monitor multi sites appropriately. PerformYard has assisted in the ease of that with building reports that can be referenced. We were also struggling with employees completing their portions as well as managers finding reviews to take a great deal of time to complete. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The ease of use and implementation have helped Eagle continue to integrate Performance Management into the employee Lifecycle. The look and feel of the website cannot be overlooked either. It is easy to navigate the screen and the charting and font are not busy or confusing to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

It is not connected to the rest of our HCM online system and therefore is a separate login for our employees and does not stay in the employee file for HR purposes. Some of the user-friendliness gets lost when tracking goals because some goals do not meet metric measurements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I really like the goal setting option and the fact that you can send and request feedback. It's very straight forward and easy to look at so that's a plus. I check on it at least once every couple of weeks to update my goals. I picked it up very quickly after we learned it at a company orientation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
