The ease of use and implementation have helped Eagle continue to integrate Performance Management into the employee Lifecycle. The look and feel of the website cannot be overlooked either. It is not connected to the rest of our HCM online system and therefore is a separate login for our employees and does not stay in the employee file for HR purposes. Some of the user-friendliness gets lost when tracking goals because some goals do not meet metric measurements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the goal setting option and the fact that you can send and request feedback. It's very straight forward and easy to look at so that's a plus.
