One thing I dislike about PerformYard is that there are no options for writing reports regarding goals. It would be of great benefit to have a goals report alongside goals to show what is/isn't working, as well as detailing the things that were done to accomplish those goals. Back in the day, our company used a multitude of spreadsheets to keep track of employee time utilization and other measurable KPIs. Since moving to PerformYard, we're able to streamline the employee review process.
