I wish there were some template goals already created to show us Best Practices and have consist goals by managers instead of just freehanding all goals and to do's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perform Yard Performance software is so much better than the excel sheet and word documents we have used in the past. I also like that I create recognition and it saves it in the software so when the annual review comes up, I don't have to recall or find all the notes from all year long on my desk, in a drawer, or somewhere else. The thing I like the most about PerformYard is the fact that you can easily give recognition to your colleagues. Properly showing appreciation for your co-workers is critical for building and maintaining relationships! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike about PerformYard is that there are no options for writing reports regarding goals. It would be of great benefit to have a goals report alongside goals to show what is/isn't working, as well as detailing the things that were done to accomplish those goals. Back in the day, our company used a multitude of spreadsheets to keep track of employee time utilization and other measurable KPIs. Since moving to PerformYard, we're able to streamline the employee review process.
