What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I love the transparency PerformYard offers - you always know where a form is in the process. The ease of setting up cycles, especially copying a bike, is excellent! And staff love the "Recognition" feature - it is so easy to give a colleague a shout-out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the 360 form feature, and it can take a minute to get a handle on how to set them up. And, PerformYards fantastic implementation specialists are always willing to help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

We went from using a Word document to a system that manages workflow and keeps staff and managers on track with reminders and links, and a dashboard to look at the big picture. As the person overseeing the process, it has become manageable for me and our team likes this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

Changing to a new system is always met with resistance, but with SSO and a user friendly dashboard, the learning curve has been a fast one. I expect the process to go even smoother in the next cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
