Perform yard is great, but this system should be able to load job descriptions into perform yard and create goals according to our job description. There are no set Parameters in this system. For example, if your job description is maintenance and your Goal is to clean the restroom, then this would fall out of the job description, and we would need to update that goal. There are several problems that PerformYard addresses. One, it connects and tracks the ratings and recognitions of all direct reports in one simple interface. It also connects me with the person I am reporting to in my current role. I also solves the problems of forgetting when recognitions and reviews are due.
