What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

PerformYard is an easy and efficient tool for our agency to utilize for both quarterly and annual reviews. This will allow us to view an employee's growth year over year, as well as planning for expanded growth. The UI is simple and easy to navigate, preventing questions and required walk-throughs. I love how perform Yard helps me to organize the reviews and feedback about my peers and managers. It is very easy to use, self explanatory and good amount of features while adding any review of any employee. Frequncy of this use tool is twice a year to write mid year and end year reviews. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Our PerformYard representative has made all the difference with our experience. She is responsive, thoughtful and understands the needs of our employees. In comparison to some of the other vendors we've explored, PerformYard allows us to integrate with our HRIS, store performance documents on an employee's profile, bulk export cycle responses, and assign multiple managers to a single review form. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

There are parts of the user experience that could be more intuitive and straightforward. A new PY functionality we're Piloting this year is 360 feedback and both managers and employees commented on the need for an instructions document as the process isn't obvious.
