The amount of customization on the platform and the level of customer service help the representatives provide. I met Catherine at implementation; she stuck with me through our first cycle and was there to help each time I had 10 questions or 1. There were items I decided not to use in the platform, and I appreciate that the disabled items aren't visible for myself or employees to see during the review cycle. From the perspective of someone who sets up HRIS software for my company, I liked the platform and found it straightforward. From the standpoint of employees who aren't as used to the nuances of performance management, it was a little bit of a learning curve.
