What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Perform Yard is very easy to navigate, even without a tutorial or training of any kind. The email reminders of TO DO tasks is very helpful and keeps me on track! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I do not like about Perform Yard is the percentage portion of managing my goals. I feel like this could be made to be more user friendly. Seems like there should be a more simple tool to increase or decrease your number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The amount of customization on the platform and the level of customer service help the representatives provide. I met Catherine at implementation; she stuck with me through our first cycle and was there to help each time I had 10 questions or 1. There were items I decided not to use in the platform, and I appreciate that the disabled items aren't visible for myself or employees to see during the review cycle. The look of our questionnaires was exactly what I wanted. I can't brag enough about how people can customize their questionnaires and cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

From the perspective of someone who sets up HRIS software for my company, I liked the platform and found it straightforward. From the standpoint of employees who aren't as used to the nuances of performance management, it was a little bit of a learning curve. The PerformYard system was super easy to use. The fact that it was completely customizable to what we wanted makes it very appealing. PerformYard helps with goal clarity and accessibility to goals. We started using it annually and have moved to monthly updating goals and actions. It is a great ongoing performance tool and a great way to capture progress so at mid-year and end of year, there is a record of engagement, progress and actions to have a more objective and accurate discussion of performance. I do not like how it feels very out of sync with our suite of systems. It feels like the navigation is completely different than that of Microsoft or Google. Better syncronicity with other software would be somewhat helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It tells me what areas I need to improve. It tells me the action steps I need to take and it helps me identify the projects I spent the most time on.
