It's an easy-to-use tool that is intuitive. There is excellent customer support. The tool is customizable to your company needs. What I find most helpful about PerformYard is the level of customizability with the forms and templates to ensure it fits our specific HR needs. Our PerformYard customer success account manager is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Joe always ensures we have the help we need, or directs us to where we can find it. The only downside I can think of is the fact that we are sometimes limited in formatting the forms. For example, I would love the ability to have different colours or the option to bold the text we use to create the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
