What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Simple to use, good open-ended questions, very good tool for planning. Great for me given that I am new into my role, I was able to share where I need assistance in growing with my mentor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that Perform Yard could ask some more questions around personal goals on top of professional ones. I cannot think of a downside other than I beleive face to face meetings are best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

What I find most helpful about PerformYard is the level of customizability with the forms and templates to ensure it fits our specific HR needs. Our PerformYard customer success account manager is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Joe always ensures we have the help we need, or directs us to where we can find it. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

The only downside I can think of is the fact that we are sometimes limited in formatting the forms. For example, I would love the ability to have different colours or the option to bold the text we use to create the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PerformYard ensures that we have a robust HRIS, where all employee info is captured thoroughly and in one place for documentation purposes.
