I liked how easy it was to use the system, right form the signing up process to writing answers to the performance evaluation questions. Additional features like grammar check and save for later really made writing review a stress free task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

Though the save-for-later option is an excellent feature in the application, I feel there should be an auto-save feature so there is no fear of losing the edits.
