I still have managers share that the UX is not as intuitive as I think it is. I'm in the platform a lot so have a bias understanding. Also, really wish there weren't so many approvals. PerformYard is a great tool - but there are many great tools in the market. What makes you stand out head above shoulders from any other partners and providers we work with is your team. In particular, I have worked closely with Lauren Pierron over the last few months. She is the most diligent, professional and committed partner who goes above and beyond to ensure we are well looked after. Lauren always makes herself available and makes us feel like we are the most important customer she works with (even though I know we are only one of many customers). She has a kind and gentle approach to her work which builds trust. There is nothing more comforting than a partner being responsive - and Lauren and the rest of the team have never left us hanging. No matter how small or trivial the question, I can always expect an answer and support within record time, even though we live worlds apart. Lastly, your team make us feel heard. Whenever we come up with a suggestion or a problem, your team seems to grasp it immediately and always finds a solution, or two, or three. Thank you for being such an excellent provider.
