What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

My organization is implementing a reimagined Performance Management Culture and we are partnering with PerformYard as part of the culture change. The system is terrific, however, the extraordinary service and partnership from our support person, Catherine Flynn, is almost beyond description. Catherine has been with us throughout the process, tirelessly answering questions, putting out fires and cheering us on. We could NOT have a more fantastic partner than Catherine! After an employee completes their evaluation portion, it is unclear what the next steps are. You will continue to receive emails stating that you are overdue. However, you are waiting for someone else to complete their portion of the process. Having a better understanding of where the process stands would be beneficial.
