What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The ability to set everything up ahead of time so that the reviews are initiated automatically and on time is a huge improvement to our process. I also love that it takes us out of emails for communications surrounding performance reviews, feedback, and Goals management. We're just getting started with this software, and I'm already appreciating the benefits of having all these features and information centralized, organized and available at a glance. While it is highly customizable in terms of content, the process is slightly less flexible. I suspect this could be something that develops as customers express their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting reviews done promptly. Centralizing the information for future reference, both for the employees and for the managers. Helping to make the process more productive and positive - a tool for growth. I have used perform yard now with my company for several years. The layout and design seem easy to navigate. The goals, review & document tabs give a user-friendly guide for capturing activity accurately and efficiently. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

I wish there were ways to link credentials earned to the site. Or website link capabilities that would aid in showing progress made from learning centers or items attached to your personal goals. These might help as you prepare for your self-performance reviews and 1-on-1 year-end assessment reviews with management. Perform yard allows me to capture with evidence what I'm doing in my daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks. It gives my manager and I something tangible to work towards as the year continues.
