The ability to set everything up ahead of time so that the reviews are initiated automatically and on time is a huge improvement to our process. I also love that it takes us out of emails for communications surrounding performance reviews, feedback, and Goals management. We're just getting started with this software, and I'm already appreciating the benefits of having all these features and information centralized, organized and available at a glance. I wish there were ways to link credentials earned to the site. Or website link capabilities that would aid in showing progress made from learning centers or items attached to your personal goals. These might help as you prepare for your self-performance reviews and 1-on-1 year-end assessment reviews with management.
