The interface needs to be more interactive and vibrant, with cool colors as well as simple to make it feel very exam-like. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

As a team leader for a large HVAC service company Performyard enables me to better track my team. Performyard makes it easy for me to monitor my teams performance, collaborate with them to create mutually beneficial and realistic goals, track their progress and even reminds me of work anniversaries and quarterly check-in. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

It may be my inexperience with using Performyard but I felt there was a little confusion between Goals and Quorterly Check-in Goals. I ended up writing the same goals twice. And along those same lines it was difficult to delete a Goal once nit was created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hiya, my name is Andrew Blount and my employer uses PerformYard to evaluate it's employees. I love the fact that PerformYard let's my manager evaluate my performance on a biweekly basis, allowing me to better myself in my job duties! I've never seen a more comprehensive software! What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

The only thing I can think of is the notifications it will send daily if your managers haven't signed off on a review form or you are do for a review and your manager hasn't done one it'll happen as well.
