The most helpful thing about Perform Yard is the titles and the way it is user friendly for folks that aren't tech savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no complaints about performyard except we receive a lot of reminder emails even after I completed my review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is letting us give our on preformance review for ourselves and then being able to follow up with a supervisor and talk about the next step in our career.
