What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

PerformYard is so easy to use that the learning curve for all levels of management have been a very easy transition. What I love most about PerformYard is that there is NO paper involved and everything is stored electronically and very easy to access. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

There are some limitations with org structure and routing that I wish were solveable in our situation. We have found some work arounds but I do wish there was a better way to automate the whole year and "set it and forget it". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PerformYard has solved a very big paper problem that we have had in the past. It has streamlined the routing process for performance reviews where reviews are not physically sitting on someone's desk for weeks and we have somewhat eliminated that bottleneck. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Easy to use-user interface. Extremely intuitive, also their ability to integrate/provision licensing make my life easier from an administrative perspective. If I had to pick my favorite thing about Performyard, its the how helpful my customer success manager is. Maddy is literally there for whenever I need help setting something up. Truly awesome. The Price!!!! and If I were going to pin point one specific thing to improve I would give more options for review cycles... creating filters especially when you have HRIS integration. In other words, more "IF this THEN that" customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
