What I like best about PerformYard management is that I am able to keep up with my own personal progess. It is also very easy to use and navagate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perform yard is one of the easiest to use platforms I have been on. The platform is like a virtual administrative assistant reminding me of tasks and evaluations that need to be addressed and making it easy to navigate and complete the evaluations and tasks. The Perform Yard implementation I used was super useful for the 1:1 Check in with my manager and 6 months reviews helping to track professional progresses.

The cheklist on the goal was just a list without the possibility to edit and add more . Just the message function was a little limited.
The 1:1 Check In has only flat text boxes to record the information . Since our 1:1 was weekly it was necessary to write every time the date when the sentence was written to remind us what we would talk about.
