Ease of use, automatic notifications, admin capabilities. We have been very impressed with our Customer Success Manager, Caitlyn Zettle. Being my first experience with the application for an annual review, my current dislike would only that my previous employers did not use this method of evaluation. Previously being exposed to direct reports just talking at me instead of being open to a discussion of my view of the last year and their view of the year together. It is resolving the possible disconnect that can go unaddressed about the performance of the person in question. The best part of PerformYard was the staff. Brianna was helpful and clear in her communication.

PerformYard is more customizable than other systems I've worked with while maintaining a user friendly interface. I also love the 360 degree feedback function as that is something I've had to do manually in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

I'd say that it's not designed for custom reviews by department. So if each department needs to be measured differently there is more manual work that needs to be done. Overall though it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its more of a personal challenge but because there's only 2 situations when I use PerformYard sometimes emails I receive from PerformYard gets buried in my Inbox. So unfortunately there are times when someone needs to contact me directly to complete something in PerformYard.
