What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Our previous review process was all paper documents, moving to PerformYard has made the system all digital and easy to access for both managers and team members. We are struggling a bit with the full functionality of the PerformYard system, moving from a manual system to having goals visable and transparent in the PY system, causes a bit of concern for our Manager's. The most helpful is to have a very good control about the records and advance.

The implementation of the platform is easy and you can make the required changes, as well as keep track of the necessary comments on the progress. Previously, we used drive software that often made it difficult to find documentation, or sometimes the documentation was inadvertently altered due to multiple accesses.
