What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

PerformYard has been exceptional since day 1. The platform is user friendly. I love its simplicity. The major bonus, that I did not originally expect, is having someone who has been assigned to us to walk us through the entire process. Liz has trained us throughout the platform and held our hand every step of the way. She is super responsive and doesn't have a problem explaining things until we get it. Other platforms we have used have charged us for training and been unresponsive. PerformYard has exceptional customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
