What do you like best about PeoplesHR?

Its efficient Redmine issue-raising system, which makes tracking and resolving issues.Additionally, the real-time data capturing system ensures that we always have up-to-date information at our fingertips.The mobile application is also incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplesHR?

While PeoplesHR has many strengths, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some practical points, such as capturing lieu leave and roster off, cannot be implemented in our system. Additionally, the benefit module does not allow us to view balances in SSHR. The monthly subscription cost is also a bit high. Furthermore, the letters module does not support Sinhala fonts, which is a concern as per SA 8000 standards, we need to provide the most preferred language to our employees. Previously, real-time data gathering across our group was a major issue. With PeoplesHR, we have centralized our data, which has been a huge time-saver. What do you like best about PeoplesHR?

First is the poeple that we work with. All of them are very accommodating and they will explain detail by detail so you would understand your requirements and how it works. The system is easy to use, though there are some things that I believe can still be modified for easier use and understanding, but overall, the tool is user friendly. What do you dislike about PeoplesHR?

Restrictions on some of the requirements. Depending on the industry, the flexibility on how it should be utilized and set up should be as flexible as the need of the company under the Philppines. One good example is Schedule and Attendance, it would be much easier if the set up is in one module only so leave application and rostering would be easier to do. What do you like best about PeoplesHR?

The best part of PeoplesHR, It helps our organization to have a Centralized Data Management and improved efficiency by automating many HR/Finance processes like payroll, benefits administration and employee records management. What do you dislike about PeoplesHR?

Many organization started from manual process, and it's a challenge to automate this processes. Since PeoplesHR have it's based product, some org processes didn't fit in the system feature. but good thing they can do customization in some cases. What do you like best about PeoplesHR?

Peoples HR means, the best HR business solution for all types of business, extemly user friendly, as Assistant Manager HR, working with over 290 employees, fun and challenging 😰 People's HR helped us with it's all funtions (The HR employees) to enjoy our work. As well as entire company with its solutions such as KIOSK, we are in to SMETA compliance using KIOSK our employees indipendently managing their work and OT hours. As I mentioned earlier we in to SMETA so kiosk help our employees to manage their work hours and paper less salary slip view using mobile application.

What do you like best about PeoplesHR?

Customer Support for PeoplesHR are able to respond quickly and are responsive to ongoing and post-implementation detected incidents. With ample data provided as requested, they are able to resolve such issues in a timely manner. I also find it informative when some updates include supplementary explanations on how or why an incident could have occurred and what can be done to minimize occurrences.

To assist in learning the system we have also been provided with user guides for the modules. I have come to appreciate the level of detail put into such documents while navigating through its features. While not all steps have a 1-to-1 image reference, the training provided is enough to familiarize oneself and have the guide handy for self-review.

We also make use of the Training and Development module to facilitate company trainings and attendance management. While it may take some time to familiarize themselves with the process, the provided user guides allow us to create our own simplified mode of procedure to ease module use for our employees. What do you dislike about PeoplesHR?

As a manual tester focused on support and usability, some areas of the interface may look a bit outdated compared to other modules, and a few CRUD features feel like it requires one too many clicks that could be improved on. HR processes can be tedious, and if the flow of configurations can be optimized a bit more than I believe the user experience will also be smoother. But the few extra seconds does not take away from the overall time saved from automating processes once integrated . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PeoplesHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are currently using PeoplesHR to facilitate our hybrid work setup for online biometrics and attendance management for both our onsite and work from home employees. It has made time adjustments and approvals more streamlined between division heads, supervisors and their subordinates. The system has also made varying attendance schedules more manageable once configured. Payroll is now automated compared to our old process of sending out individual emails, and allowed payslips to be more accessible for settling discrepancies and ease of obtaining relative documentation for government requirements or personal use. What do you like best about PeoplesHR?

Firstly, it is about the capable and dedicated team behind the system. They take time to pay attention to the customer issues and understand the requirements. Exceptional support is given when you need it the most. What do you like best about PeoplesHR?

PeoplesHR is an innovative and user friendly system,specially for payroll functions. Actually it's only a fingertip distance to process all the salaries and other salary related payments within very short time period. It will reduce payroll stress with the deadlines. Also there are lots of reports that we can customize and it will cover all the report requirements. PeoplesHR is truly one of the best system I have ever used in my career. In peoplesHR there are few areas to be improved. specially in self service module, I would like to suggest to add separate widget for view employees T10 forms. as well as interface in the system also should be more attractive. and also better if they can pay their more attention for customer support with the redmine tickting system. What do you like best about PeoplesHR?
