Call data is a boit delay sometimes its takes a day or 2 before its shows the accuarte number of call activity it's better if the report can be done real time. overall I can say that People.ai. is almost perfect specially now that most of the company are working at home reports for activity are now automaticaly generated. Speed I think is very essential! People.ai uses data and customer profiles to better serve customers with tailor-fit messages. My team is under Sales and People.ai enables me to separate my customers into different personas and see what motivates them.

While People.ai does a good job at capturing contacts, it does maybe too well of a job. There may be some issues where unnecessary contact records are created, especially on the opportunity contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
People.ai has API dataset which will be helpful to deep dive into the Activity dataset which is not fully captured with Salesforce and People.ai integration. So I feel these dataset are really useful to calculate employee productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the coverage of seniority and department for the participants of the meetings and emails and calls placed by the Sales Organization is not comprehensive and hence there is a lot of blank data in those fields Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
