Our employees appreciate having the Paytient card available when unexpected medical bills arise. It is easy for employees to use and HR to manage through the online portal. We get an email reminder each pay period where we can download a report that can be uploaded into our Payroll system to capture their deductions. After that, we confirm the deductions on the portal so the account balances are updated. That is it, so easy!

Our account manager Sarah is also very responsive and helpful with anything we need. In the few instances where any employee has faced issues with their Paytient card, Sarah has helped us resolve the problem quickly and seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I truly cannot think of anything that I dislike about Paytient. If we were a larger company, I think setting up a file feed would be helpful. Currently, we do a census upload once per month, adding new employees and removing terminated employees. This may need to be handled more frequently for a larger company. I think it is super helpful that you can use it to pay upfront for some medical expenses you wouldn't ordinarily be able to cover at the second. They are still growing so it is a super simple service and sometimes getting the payments through takes a few days to affect your balance after you get past your direct deposit date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
