What is Paytient?

Paytient is an employee health payment platform that employers, health plans, or TPA’s embed in their benefit offering. Paytient enables employees to pay medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, or veterinary bills overtime via post-tax payroll-deducted, interest-free payments with the ability to link HSA’s/FSA’s, bank accounts. Providers are paid today, employees can better access and afford care, and employers/health plans can increase participation in lower-cost health plan designs (higher deductibles). Our mission is to help people live healthier lives by improving their ability to better access and afford care.

What do you like best about Paytient?

What do you like best about Paytient?

Being able to pay for something right on my phone and have it apply to my paychecks is a convenient feature of Paytient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paytient?

I honestly have nothing wrong to say about Paytient. I have only used it about 4-5 times in the last three years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paytient solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving the hassle of having to use funds in my account when I can pay things off in a matter of a couple of paychecks. I've realized that it saves me time and keeps my account happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paytient?

Having the credit line available at day one with auto deductions from my paychecks already set up so that I could immediately use it and set up payments spread out over months of paychecks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paytient?

Not having any options after my contracted employment ended and I still had a balance. They continued to debit my bank account every two weeks even though I was unemployed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paytient solving and how is that benefiting you?

It definitely solved the problem of our healthcare system being so lopsided. I was able to get my teeth taken care of which I haven't been able to do for years because I couldn't afford it even with CareCredit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paytient?

I like being able to spread out my payments. Love that i have the choice to pick how many payments i can spread the amount into. I know exactly how much is coming out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
