Debugging feature in case of failure and no doubt it's ui design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very less people know about it, I get to know about it after a long research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best features for me are the live troubleshooting and very specific solution knowledge base that intelligently lets you know what the possible solution is for the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something I would say integrating an SMS engine to allow texting to specific admins in the event of an after hours issue arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TotalView is a very useful produce. The best part of the software is the ability to keep up on what is going on with your network and to find out what has happened in the past. Love the daily emails showing any possible issues including errors and utilization. The path tool is great as I can get a full visual of the path taken between two endpoints and troubleshoot any networking issues. There is also a mac address lookup to map devices to ports which is great when trying to map out an undocumented network or troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not many dislikes in the software as a toolkit. It works very well for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of deployment. Short time between deployment and resolution of issues. Ability to dynamically inventory all network devices. Ability to quickly view and prioritize network device vulnerabilities. Quick method to view all potential exposures such as rouge HTTP, Telnet, SMTP services. Daily weather reports that show the health of the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface can be a bit too focused on engineers. Need a better view for CXO types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
