Received the support from the team that was needed when we were struggling. Once we were more comfortable with the system, it was easier to use. both implementations went very well. For ATS, we had a consultant call twice a week. With PM it was once a week.

Having more flexibility in job cards/fields and how many fields can be added would be great. As well as having direct contact access with CSMs when projects are running and high level assistance is required urgenty that the Live Support team are not best suited for. If you are looking for an Applicant Tracking System, I encourage you to put PageUp on your shortlist. As the HRIS admin and super user, I've found it to be robust, intuitive, and helpful. Enhanced reporting is not intuitive and doesn't offer common metrics (like time to fill based off application statuses) easily. Not overly easy to view notes on candidate files, requires you to click on a separate tab and filter through notes. Talent Pools aren't overly easy to use/set up. Due to its extreme uniqueness, it may be harder for a person to transition from a different ATS to PageUp. It's a bit more to pick up since everything is customized to the specific client's need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like all of the features and capabilities. I like that the system is continually upgraded and monthly the new features are shared with the users. I love the support team like the CSM, Trainers, Sales Exec, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would prefer having a single support person assigned since every company's system is configured and it would provide for more continuity if we had a steady person on the account from a support aspect. Only bit for me is the time zone differences. When webinars or demo etc are run being in the UK is hard to get a suitable slot and then often there isn't enough spaces so tend to miss out which can also mean we are slightly behind on what functionality can give us.
