What do you like best about PageUp?

Received the support from the team that was needed when we were struggling. Once we were more comfortable with the system, it was easier to use. both implementations went very well. For ATS, we had a consultant call twice a week. With PM it was once a week.

Consultants were sometimes hard to follow. Chase Dodson was extremely helpful "dumbing it down for us". He made things so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

What do you like best about PageUp?

PageUp is really simple and easy to use. The Live Support function is really helpful for quick assistance. Having the Knowledge portal is also amazing for self service troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

Having more flexibility in job cards/fields and how many fields can be added would be great. As well as having direct contact access with CSMs when projects are running and high level assistance is required urgenty that the Live Support team are not best suited for. What do you like best about PageUp?

If you are looking for an Applicant Tracking System, I encourage you to put PageUp on your shortlist. As the HRIS admin and super user, I've found it to be robust, intuitive, and helpful. The routing, reporting, and features have helped us become more efficient and provide a better user experience to internal hiring managers and applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

No software is perfect, but PageUp gets most things right. There might be a few quirks here and there where I wish I could rearrange columns in my recruiter view or alter a date format, but they are minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PageUp?

Easy to use, visually asthetic, ease of adusting system settings,creating application statuses, forms and comms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

Enhanced reporting is not intuitive and doesn't offer common metrics (like time to fill based off application statuses) easily. Not overly easy to view notes on candidate files, requires you to click on a separate tab and filter through notes. Talent Pools aren't overly easy to use/set up. PageUp has allowed us the ability to use one platform to solve for different extremely unique recruitment processes. The ability to customize things to our specific needs is not something you'd find in every platform. What do you like best about PageUp?

I like all of the features and capabilities. I like that the system is continually upgraded and monthly the new features are shared with the users. I love the support team like the CSM, Trainers, Sales Exec, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

Would prefer having a single support person assigned since every company's system is configured and it would provide for more continuity if we had a steady person on the account from a support aspect. What do you like best about PageUp?

Easy to use an navigate

Can customise many elements without the need of big change requests

Seem to have a good road map of development and the early adopter programme is a good idea.

Only bit for me is the time zone differences. When webinars or demo etc are run being in the UK is hard to get a suitable slot and then often there isn't enough spaces so tend to miss out which can also mean we are slightly behind on what functionality can give us. What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm still working through this but it's helping with budget and headcount mgmt across the business through ATR creation and approval

Will be helping drive automation and efficieny into some of our processes releasing manpower hours to do value add activity
