What do you like best about PageUp?

Easy to use and all functionalities are well laid out from a Hiring Manager and SuperUser perspective. Ability to set up multiple recruitment processes to suit our different business units. Managers can use different application progress views dependent on personal preference. Enhanced reporting has been a massive benefit for us - we have scheduled a number of reports across the business which has saved us time and resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

Nothing I necessarily dislike, however I do have suggestions around certain functionalities.

Customer support has improved - when we originally went live it was unclear around best points of contact. However, live chat and customer support have been very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

PageUp has allowed us to increase collaboration between our Talent Acqusition team and Hiring Managers. Our Hiring Managers have enjoyed learning PageUp and benefit from the ease of access to applications. Our onboarding timeframes have decreased thanks to the two-way integration with PageUp and Chris21, allowing for a more seamless process. Bulk functionalities of reviewing applications, and setting up approval processes have decreased our recruitment timeframes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PageUp?

The PageUp support team is very responsive and has been able to assist us with all of our requests in a timely manner. The chat feature is excellent when needing an answer quickly for a problem that we are unable to resolve ourselves. The system is laid out logically and for the most part has been easy to use. The search features are at times confusing. Sometimes it is difficult to determine the best way to search for a function or to perform a search that provides good results within their Knowledge portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Recruitment marketing and Applicant tracking are the primary business solutions that PageUp provides us. It allows us to market UH to a wide audience and to quickly and efficiently submit job requisitions and offers. What do you like best about PageUp?

Ability to customize workflows to match hiring processes and automating job posting, screening and interview scheduling to save time during bulk recruitment and including some of the AI job posting features.

We have had a few requests where we needed to customize Page up to suit our business needs and Myles Cronin and the Tech support team at page up did a fantastic job to help implement those changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

The interface while functional can be a bit hard to find things especially for first time users. Customer service support is great once a Tech support person is assigned but initial contact can be a bit slow. Proactive support could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some archaic pieces of tech still exist within the system that can cause confusion for users when they stumble upon it. There are some clear ways to objectively make this product better, and the process to get those changes in will take a bit of time/if it is ever able to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PageUp?

I love how user friendly the platform is. The dashboard is easy to manage and makes it easy to filter through stages of recruitment. Updating forms and documents in the backend is a breeze too. The candidate experience from start to finish is great and I like the feature that we can "control" their profile to see where things are at on the candidates end should they be presenting any issues. What do you like best about PageUp?

The PageUp team and support network behind the system has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond.

Working with the implementation team was a really great experience.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

The Knowledge portal is sometimes hard to navigate and doesn't always have simple answers you'd think would be there. Nothing a support ticket or live chat cannot fix.

There is sometimes loading errors or issues when going to next steps - not an internet or cache issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PageUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about PageUp?

One key benefit of Page Up is it's ease of use. Even new users without prior system knowledge can easily navigate and pick up the basics quickly. Another notable mention is Page Up's great customer support teams who are able to support you with queries almost instantly. In the busy world of recruitment, this sense of urgency is very much appreciated. I have worked with Page Up over a number of years and their consistency, professionalism and support should be commended.

A big thank you to Darren and the team for the recent support in the implementation of Recruitment Marketing. Darren was proactive in offering support, always available to chat things through, and took the time to understand our specific business needs with genuine curiosity. What do you like best about PageUp?

Page up is easy to use for everyone, even for Hiring Manager's that hardley recruit. Its a one stop shop for all recruitment activities which can be taliored the suit the business need but also allow for great candidate experience. I like that all documents and communication can be sent/saved to the candidates profile so its easy to review the history for each candidate and also allows for different members of the TA team to jump in and support each out. The reporting fuction is great and its easy to pull up reports for any KPI or metric that you are interested in reviewing. It also helps to streamline your recruitment process as you can see where the bottlenecks are within the current process. The service provided by the Page Up team has been great as they have been able to help trouble shoot issues via the live chat and out Customer Success Manager is always happy to meet with us to help brain storm and show us new ways of implementing the softwear to suit our needs. What do you like best about PageUp?

PageUp is a single platform with many modules that suit our needs. I am in the program every day as an administrator and user. My favorite thing though? The customer service team from our client representative to the support team behind. They answer quickly and are on hand all hours of the day. Second favorite thing? The reporting functionality.

We use PageUp for recruitment, applicant tracking, position descriptions, onboarding, reporting, learning management, and performance management. When set up right, and they do well with your implementation if you know what you want, the platform saves time and money. It is relatively easy to use. They are constantly looking for ways to improve their product, including accessibility and AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageUp?

With any modules other than the recruitment one, there is less direct customization and more crowd-sourcing for ideas. The best time to ask is during implementation. What do you like best about PageUp?

I appreciate the fast response time from Live Support, and the knowledgeable individuals on live support. If there is an area that they are unsure, the individuals follow up and get back with an answer in a timely manner, with constant updates.

I also appreciate our customer success manager - myles, who has scheduled a monthly 1-1 to ensure that the organisation can fully optimise the products we have purchased. He is also proactive in wanting to know the business teams and how he can support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PageUp?

How easy the system is to use. But most of all In my years of dealing with Pageup, I have never experienced customer service and support at the exceptional level John De Nava has provided us as a business.

Each meeting we have, he shows up extremely prepared. We can ask many questions, and he will assist or direct us to the right area, then will follow us up to ask how we went with it all.

In what we have been able to achieve in the past 12 months with our system is truly a testament to the support John has given myself and Jevie along the way.
