The PageUp support team is very responsive and has been able to assist us with all of our requests in a timely manner. The chat feature is excellent when needing an answer quickly for a problem that we are unable to resolve ourselves. The system is laid out logically and for the most part has been easy to use. Some archaic pieces of tech still exist within the system that can cause confusion for users when they stumble upon it. I love how user friendly the platform is. The dashboard is easy to manage and makes it easy to filter through stages of recruitment. Updating forms and documents in the backend is a breeze too. The candidate experience from start to finish is great and I like the feature that we can "control" their profile to see where things are at on the candidates end should they be presenting any issues. The Knowledge portal is sometimes hard to navigate and doesn't always have simple answers you'd think would be there. Nothing a support ticket or live chat cannot fix.

One key benefit of Page Up is it's ease of use. Even new users without prior system knowledge can easily navigate and pick up the basics quickly. Another notable mention is Page Up's great customer support teams who are able to support you with queries almost instantly. In the busy world of recruitment, this sense of urgency is very much appreciated. I have worked with Page Up over a number of years and their consistency, professionalism and support should be commended.

Page up is easy to use for everyone, even for Hiring Manager's that hardley recruit. Its a one stop shop for all recruitment activities which can be taliored the suit the business need but also allow for great candidate experience. I like that all documents and communication can be sent/saved to the candidates profile so its easy to review the history for each candidate and also allows for different members of the TA team to jump in and support each out. The reporting fuction is great and its easy to pull up reports for any KPI or metric that you are interested in reviewing. It also helps to streamline your recruitment process as you can see where the bottlenecks are within the current process. The service provided by the Page Up team has been great as they have been able to help trouble shoot issues via the live chat and out Customer Success Manager is always happy to meet with us to help brain storm and show us new ways of implementing the softwear to suit our needs. PageUp is a single platform with many modules that suit our needs. I am in the program every day as an administrator and user. My favorite thing though? The customer service team from our client representative to the support team behind. They answer quickly and are on hand all hours of the day. Second favorite thing? The reporting functionality.
We use PageUp for recruitment, applicant tracking, position descriptions, onboarding, reporting, learning management, and performance management. When set up right, and they do well with your implementation if you know what you want, the platform saves time and money. It is relatively easy to use. With any modules other than the recruitment one, there is less direct customization and more crowd-sourcing for ideas. The best time to ask is during implementation. Easy to use and all functionalities are well laid out from a Hiring Manager and SuperUser perspective. Ability to set up multiple recruitment processes to suit our different business units. Managers can use different application progress views dependent on personal preference. Enhanced reporting has been a massive benefit for us - we have scheduled a number of reports across the business which has saved us time and resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I necessarily dislike, however I do have suggestions around certain functionalities.
Customer support has improved - when we originally went live it was unclear around best points of contact. However, live chat and customer support have been very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the fast response time from Live Support, and the knowledgeable individuals on live support. If there is an area that they are unsure, the individuals follow up and get back with an answer in a timely manner, with constant updates.
