The UI is clean and intuitive; you can do a lot on the platform, from handling transactions to adding discount codes and coupons.
It's easy to search for customers using the different search options available, and the support team is also very helpful in case you ever need additional help with anything on the platform.

The Billing Dashboard is intuitive and incredibly useful. It includes ProfitWell Metrics, which makes subscription revenue reporting both accessible and insightful.
The customer billing experience is excellent as well, it supports a wide range of payment methods, and the recently introduced customer portal has significantly improved the user experience.

They have built Paddle Billing from scratch, after learning many lessons from the previous product - Paddle Classic.
Paddle Billing cover a wide range of scenarios, and has a robust data model that you can adjust to your needs.
It allows storing custom data on the different entities, so integration with your own service is easy. For example, storing references to your own users, products or accounts.
They solve all Tax issues in any country, and as they are the merchant of record, I get a single payment every once in a while which is easy to manage.
Their business-facing UI is easy to use and manage your customers and products.

One of things i really liked about the paddle is the separate full sandbox setup to fully test paddle integration before going live.it is really helpful in that aspect

Paddle is an excellent resource for small companies/individuals to sell online digital goods worldwide. Paddle takes care of the heavy lifting when it comes to collecting sale tax and processing payments to sell software. As a small company this saves time allowing us to focus on supporting our customer and building great products. We use Paddle almost every day for all of our online orders!
The platform is relatively easy to use and set up/integrate for basic sales. Some niche scenarios can be a little tricky, but support has been able to assist with questions.
They’re always adding new features, which makes the platform even better over time and being able to invoice AND provide a checkout on our website is helpful for different scenarios.
It’s easy to get help, but some responses take longer than expected. Having a support team in the US would alleviate some of this as part of the delay is due to time zones (the team being in Europe). Areas for improvement: the ability send paid invoice confirmation to customers from our dashboard, invoice payments to show up in the transaction log when cleared, ability to send auto invoice reminders for payment, ability to manually block certain transactions via checkout based on criteria to avoid chargebacks, quicker support response times, and lower fees (especially on higher ticket sales).
