When collecting name and email from a quiz user before the quiz you need to guess at a delay to have Outgrow send an email to you for self notification if you want to have the responses included in that email. A downside for smaller companies could be the price of the higher tiers, but the team is really willing to help you with a custom plan if you need to. Also you will earn everything back if you use it properly. Another potential dislike for me was the learning curve, I noticed that due to all the possibilties I got stuck into the "what should it start with" phase.
